FILM ACTING

Film acting isn’t just about memorizing lines—it’s about bringing characters to life in a way that feels real and effortless. This class will teach you how to act naturally on camera, connect with scene partners, and adjust your performance for different shots.

Through hands-on exercises, scripted scenes, and on-camera practice, you’ll develop essential skills like eye lines, hitting marks, and using subtle expressions to create powerful moments. Plus, your filmed scenes will be shared with families via video link—so you’ll have something to show for all your hard work.

Whether you’re a beginner or looking to expand your skills, this class will help you build confidence and deliver compelling performances on screen. Oh, and we should mention that it’s a lot of fun, too!

IMPROV FUN

Get ready for a fast-paced, fun-filled class where anything can happen! Improv is all about thinking on your feet, working as a team, and saying “yes” to your imagination. Through exciting games, hilarious scenes, and creative challenges, kids will develop confidence, quick thinking, and strong storytelling skills.

But improv isn’t just about having fun—it also helps kids become better performers. By practicing spontaneity, character work, and active listening, students build essential acting skills that strengthen them on stage and in front of the camera.

STAND-UP COMEDY

Stand-Up Comedy: Find Your Voice, Own the Stage

Ready to make people laugh? This class will help you develop your comedic voice, craft original material, and confidently deliver it. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your stand-up skills, you’ll learn the fundamentals of joke writing, timing, and stage presence.

Through writing exercises, performance drills, and live feedback, you’ll build a strong set and gain the confidence to perform in front of an audience. The class culminates in a live showcase where you’ll take the stage and perform your set in front of friends and family.

If you’ve ever wanted to try stand-up or sharpen your comedic skills, this class will give you the tools to own the stage and keep the laughs coming!

TA TRAINING COURSE

TA Training Course: Become a Skilled Teaching Assistant

Want to take your leadership skills to the next level? This hands-on training course will equip you with the tools to confidently and professionally assist in a film or acting class.

You’ll learn essential classroom management techniques, how to effectively support an instructor and a variety of games and exercises tailored to different age groups and learning objectives. In addition to teaching skills, you’ll get a practical tutorial on camera and lighting equipment, plus editing tips to help with in-class filming and post-production.

This course will prepare you to be a valuable asset in any creative classroom, perfect for aspiring teachers, filmmakers, or anyone looking to build leadership experience.

Deposit/Refunds

Classes
All prices include a $40 non-refundable deposit. Students can choose to withdraw and receive a full refund (minus their deposit) up to the second class of the session without explanation. Students may only withdraw after the second class for medical reasons (A doctor’s note will be required). A pro-rated refund will given in these circumstances.

Workshops
All prices include a $25 non-refundable deposit. Students can withdraw and receive a full refund (minus their deposit) 14 days prior to the workshop without explanation. After this time students can withdraw and receive 50% of the workshop cost minus their deposit.

Camps
All prices include a $100 non-refundable deposit. Students can choose to withdraw and receive a full refund(minus their deposit) before the second day of camp without explanation. Students may only withdraw after the second day for medical reasons (A doctor’s note will be required). A pro-rated refund will given in these circumstances.
