We are past our half way point and the EFS camp is almost at a close, but fear not we still have two more days!! The day started with the ever popular ‘bean game” for warm up and then we did a table read of the script! The young actors also got to find out who they will be playing in the mini movie that they wrote themselves, with a little guidance of course!

After that we were off to MidCan Productions where we got a tour of the facility and also got to learn about the people who work behind the scenes in development, pre production, production and post production! For example we met Bill Stewart, who is an animator! He is the one responsible for creating the Unfee commercials! Well the images. After our adventures at MidCan we headed back to the studio but first we made a little pit stop at 7/11, where our lovely coaches treated us to slurpees!!

Upon our arrival at the studio we ate lunch and then Reena taught us about “Character Development”. In her workshop we looked at a picture and created a monologue based on what we saw. Later on we presented them in front of the class! Afterwards we took what we learned so far and did a quick run through of our mini movie!! That’s a wrap for day three! Can’t wait to see all of our actors in costume tomorrow for filming!
